Program
Narcissistic Abuse Recovery
Private Support
A structured 1:1 process to help you step out of emotional patterns shaped by narcissistic or emotionally harmful relationships.
If you’ve experienced narcissistic or emotional abuse…
You may notice:
- ongoing anxiety, overthinking, or hypervigilance
- difficulty trusting yourself or your decisions
- emotional attachment that’s hard to fully break
- patterns of self-blame, people-pleasing, or confusion
- a sense of losing who you are
Even after the relationship has ended.
These responses are not a sign of weakness—they are often the result of subconscious patterns and emotional learning that remain active in the system.
A different approach to recovery
Many approaches focus on understanding what happened or managing how you feel.
This work focuses on identifying and resolving the patterns that keep those emotional responses in place.
So instead of continually trying to cope, your internal responses begin to shift.
The 8-week private process
Over eight sessions, we work to:
- gently identify patterns shaped by the relationship
- reduce emotional reactivity, anxiety, and overthinking
- resolve subconscious responses such as self-blame and attachment loops
- support a clearer sense of identity, boundaries, and self-trust
This is not about reliving or analysing the past—but working at the level those patterns were learned.
What may begin to change
- less emotional intensity and reactivity
- clearer thinking and decision-making
- reduced attachment to past dynamics
- increased self-trust and internal stability
- a stronger sense of who you are

Why Work with Me – Your Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach
I don’t just understand your pain – I’ve lived it.
And now, I’ve healed it.
I’m not a coach who learned about narcissistic abuse from a textbook. I’m a survivor of narcissistic relationships, including one involving physical violence. I’ve walked through the grief, the trauma bonds, the shame – and come out the other side.
That’s why I created Back to You Coaching – to help women heal deeply and safely, at the subconscious level.
