Anxiety & Overthinking
Subconscious Pattern Coaching

A focused 4-week process to work with the patterns driving anxiety—so your system can begin to settle naturally.

If you experience anxiety or overthinking…

You may notice:

  • persistent worry or mental looping
  • feeling on edge or unable to fully relax
  • strong emotional reactions that don’t make sense
  • difficulty switching off, even when things are “fine”

Even when you understand why.

These responses are often driven by subconscious patterns and learned emotional responses—not something you can simply think your way out of.

A different approach to anxiety

Most approaches focus on:

  • coping strategies
  • breathing techniques
  • managing symptoms

This work focuses on identifying and resolving the underlying patterns that drive anxiety and overthinking.

So instead of constantly managing it, your internal response begins to change.

What we focus on

Over four weeks, we work to:

  • identify anxiety patterns and emotional triggers
  • reduce reactivity in the nervous system
  • resolve subconscious learning linked to fear and stress
  • support a more stable, calm internal state

What may begin to change

  • reduced anxiety and overthinking
  • less emotional intensity and reactivity
  • improved ability to feel calm and grounded
  • clearer thinking and decision-making

What’s included

  • 4 coaching sessions (group format, 60 minutes each)
  • 1 private 1:1 session
  • subconscious pattern work targeting anxiety
  • guided resources to support integration

This work may support you if:

  • you experience ongoing anxiety or stress
  • you overthink or struggle to switch off
  • you feel stuck in emotional patterns
  • you want change that goes beyond coping strategies

Why Add Subliminal Audio to Your Practice?

Change doesn't happen because you understand something once.  It happens through repetition.

The subliminal audio recordings are designed to support the work we do together by gently reinforcing new ways of thinking and responding between sessions.

Many clients find that regular listening helps them stay connected to the changes they are creating and supports greater consistency throughout the process.

How to Listen

For best results, listen using headphones, as the recordings include brainwave audio designed to be experienced in stereo. You can listen while relaxing, walking, resting or before sleep.

There is no need to concentrate or consciously focus on the messages. Simply allow the audio to play in the background while you go about your day or take some time to relax.

If You Don't Finish the Recording

Don't worry. If you only listen to part of the recording, simply continue from where you left off the next time. Consistency is more important than perfection.

A Gentle Reminder

These recordings are designed to complement your coaching sessions and personal development practice. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or mental health care.

Small changes repeated consistently over time often create the most meaningful results.
